Thought Field Therapy

(TFT)

I have great success with Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and feel blessed that I was introduced to this little known but highly effective therapy. 

Through building rapport, active listening and using the meta model (NLP) I am able to quickly find the root case of the issue and identify the exact components that need to be addressed.

My individual Psychosensory Therapy sessions get to the root cause of the issue and using acupressure tapping, I clear all the underlying negative emotions. I use Thought Field Therapy (TFT) which utilises applied kinesiology and the Chinese energy meridian system and acupressure points. I diagnose exactly what is needed to neutralise the negative emotion attached to past memories and current negative thought patterns. By removing the emotion you are able to experience what you desire and have emotional freedom from your issue.

TFT is the original tapping therapy and is very fast and effective. I have used it to help people with:

Thought Field Therapy

(TFT)

Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is a psychosensory therapy and is very different to talking therapies. In talking therapies the client is encouraged to talk about negative past experiences and reflect without significant emotional change to that memory. In TFT the emotional charge of the memory or thought is quickly neutralized.

How it works

 

When we have a thought, the thought is in the mind, but the emotion linked to the thought is in the body. 

A good example of this is, if there were three people stood opposite you and one was feeling stressed, one was feeling relaxed and one was feeling angry. I am sure that without them doing anything you could easily identify which was which. You would be reading their body (language)

The Chinese discovered that the body has energy flowing through it along pathways called meridians. When we have a happy thought the energy flows freely in these meridians but when we have an anxious thought the energy becomes disrupted, in TFT this is known as a perturbation.

 

Using applied kinesiology the exact location of the disruptions in the energy flow are identified. Tapping on the specific points along with directed eye movement enables the body's energy to flow freely again and achieve homeostasis. The anxious thought or memory is no longer able to generate the emotion. 

 Thought Field Therapy Sessions

Thought Field therapy sessions are on a 1:1 basis and are completely confidential.

It is my job to identify the root cause of the issue and through TFT remove all layers until the problem has gone.

I am an excellent communicator and see it as my job not yours to identify all aspects of what you would like resolving.

Specific issues are resolved very quickly in most cases.

My initial assessment can identify roughly how many sessions will be required.
